We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a Free Financial Checkup if requested, scope a potential engagement, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your information.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database. Submissions are written through secure server-side handlers only — the underlying records are not publicly readable from a browser. Access is limited to MegaCFO personnel who need it to serve you.
Email notifications
When you submit a form, we may send an internal notification email containing your submission so a team member can follow up promptly.
Sharing with third parties
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, and email delivery. If you ask for an introduction through the MegaCFO Partner Network, we share only the information needed to make that introduction, and only with your knowledge. Partner services are provided under separate engagements by independent licensed professionals.
Client confidentiality
Financial information provided during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services you have engaged us for, or as required by law.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and checkup submissions for as long as needed to respond, evaluate fit, and meet our recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You may request that we correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
